All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment you must do so at least 72 hours in advance or your deposit is forfeited. Please refer to the FAQ section of the website for more detail information.

All clients of Black Lotus must provide a valid (not expired) physical photo ID (and birth certificate if a minor) before receiving any services by a staff member each and every time that they come into the studio. Yes, every time.
